New, updated, re-armed and re-imagined for 2025 the Weber Spirit E-310
Gas BBQ gives precise, consistent heat and reliable performance to
ensure rapid access to cooking temperatures, plus will cook food evenly
across the grates to consistently create perfectly grilled meals no
matter what is on the menu. And when the burners are shut down and the
clean up begins the grease management system, with it’s large drip pan
and removable slide out grease tray, has been designed for quick and
easy cleaning and maintenance to make life simpler.

Ignite each individual one of the three burners easily with one hand on
the Weber Spirit E-310 Gas BBQ as the Snap-Jet Ignition will simply
light individual burners with the turn of a control knob the ignition
snapping and then igniting each burner individually to control the heat
precisely with a full range of temperatures from high to low and
everything in between. The porcelain-enameled, cast-iron grates are
designed to stay searingly hot efficiently retaining heat across the
cooking surface to create beautiful sear marks, plus to be easy to
clean, and are built to last. Sitting just below the cooking surface are
well designed Stainless Steel Flavorizer Bars shaped to successfully
catch and vaporize excess cooking juices, boosting grilled flavour and
funnelling grease away from the four burners to minimise any chance of
flare-ups.

The cook box of a Weber Spirit E-310 Gas BBQ Gas BBQ is built with
cast-aluminum to stand up to the elements to prevents rusting and
peeling for a durable Gas BBQ that is built to last. When the lid is
lifted sitting over the top of the cooking surface there is a warming
rack perfect for keeping foods warm, toasting buns, or cooking smaller
food items while the main courses finish grilling on the grates below.
For plenty of food preparation or plating up space easy to clean
scratch-resistant side tables will provide extra space for those needs,
plus keeping grilling essentials close at hand and within reach using
the four utensil looks which are just ideal to keep tongs and spatulas
ready to grab every time they are needed.

If even more space is needed the Weber Spirit E-310 Gas BBQ includes
Weber Works side rails which will hold hold snap-on accessories (sold
separately) such as a Bottle Holder, extra Tool Hooks, and Flexible
Lighting to keep the side table clear for prepping and serving to
maximise the work space, plus customise storage to suit an individuals
needs each time the BBQ is fired up. In addition for even greater
versatility and flexibilty, and some great tasting chicken, a mains
powered rotisserie accessory (sold separately) can simply be added for
even browning and crisping of a whole chicken, prime rib, or leg of lamb
while locking in the juices which make rotisserie cooking such a
fantastic way to prepare food.

The Weber Spirit E-310 Gas BBQ includes a cabinet with door to hide the
patio gas style propane tank needed to power it and store grilling
accessories while the durable all-weather wheels make moving the BBQ
across outdoor surfaces to chase the sun around a garden or when stowing
away an easier option.
